Design Engage

Cloud View is pleased to be an Official Design Facilitator for the Design Engage Programme.

From the Spring Singapore Website:

What can design do for your business?

Design, or design thinking, offers a new mindset and a new set of tools to cope with today’s challenges. Around the world, more global enterprises are using design as a strategy to build the bottom line. Through a collaborative and human-centric approach, our local enterprises can use design to gain deeper insights into their customers and make use of that user understanding to create innovation. The Design Engage Programme focuses on the design methods and mindsets that help enterprises identify new areas for growth. Enterprises can learn a new way to accelerate innovation in their products, services and experiences. Through the Programme, enterprises will also create and enhance your business strategy to achieve new breakthroughs.

Our Approach:

Our starting point is always linked with our client’s business objectives.  From that starting point, in conjunction with our design partners POTM Studios (through their Singapore-based studio team), we compliment our business-focused approach with excellent design competencies and years of experience working with some of Singapore’s best-known companies.

Program Synopsis:

Our program is designed to introduce organizations to what a Design-led approach to business can achieve. We focus on:

  • Ensuring our clients are left with a long lasting and value-adding legacy from our engagement.  This is not another course to just be forgotten!
  • Developing innovative and game-changing initiatives focused on bottom-line deliverables like additional revenue and profit.
  • Understanding our client’s business needs and working on things that make sense to them and what they could start doing differently next week.  We know that not everyone is Apple!
  • Coming up with a strategic plan that makes sense, is aligned with the company’s vision and mission and, above all, is actionable, doable and measurable in terms of its objectives and results
