At Cloud View we help organizations and companies look at their business from a Design Thinking perspective.  This will mean looking at the business from a more customer-centric perspective.

It will also mean looking at what the business wants to achieve, what its challenges are and what relevant technology and tools are available.

A Design Thinking approach is not only about designing specific products or services (although we think this is important too, of course) rather it is about asking bigger questions about the business as a whole  – bigger questions about your customers’ total experience of your company and your brand.
